You might want to add some clarification about IIS on windows, too. When I installed WAMP, I already had IIS installed on my computer. IIS was keeping the WAMP server from deploying correctly on my local host. I, fortunately, know how to install and uninstall IIS on Vista and XP, so I was able to continue without a hitch. However, some people may not be so fortunate. Great job otherwise. Pretty clear explanation. You might want to add some clarification about IIS on windows, too.
